Our exceptional growth journey is a testament to the visionary leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. N.B. Prasandan. With decades of industry experience, Mr. Prasandan has been the cornerstone of our progress, steering the company with integrity, strategic insight, and an unrelenting focus on customer satisfaction. We also honor the legacy of our late Director, Mr. Ali Ghuloom Al Banna, whose early contributions laid a strong foundation. Today, his son, Mr. Essa Ali Ghuloom Al Banna, continues to support the company as a valued Director.
In 2003, we expanded our service offerings by establishing Smart Popular Motor Services — a professional automotive garage in Salmabad providing comprehensive mechanical and A/C services for passenger vehicles and commercial fleets.
To better serve our industrial clientele, Popular Industrial Parts was established in 2009 at our Sitra branch. In response to rising demand, a second branch was opened in 2016 on Lulu Road, Manama. As our customer base and inventory expanded, the Sitra branch was relocated in 2020 to a new and spacious facility in the Sitra Industrial Area—now our largest and most comprehensive showroom. This division caters to the manufacturing, construction, automotive, and marine sectors, offering a wide range of industrial components including bearings, seals, lubrication solutions, mechanical tools, belts, pulleys, and more.
